Shipping Policy for Risetto LLC

1. Shipping Locations

We ship to addresses within the United States and select international destinations. If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us at info@risetto.shop before placing your order.

2. Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer the following shipping options for domestic (U.S.) orders:

  • Standard Shipping: $5.99 flat rate (free for orders over $75)

    • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: $12.99 flat rate

    • Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: $24.99 flat rate

    • Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days

For international orders, shipping costs and delivery times vary based on the destination and selected carrier. Exact costs will be calculated at checkout.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the order is canceled before shipment.

3. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and major U.S. holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM CDT may begin processing the following business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

4. Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected and the destination:

  • Domestic (U.S.): See estimated delivery times under Section 2.

  • International: Typically 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, which is beyond our control.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through the carrier’s website (e.g., USPS, FedEx, or UPS) or by contacting us at info@risetto.shop.

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us within 30 days of the shipment date. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or provide a resolution, which may include a refund or replacement at our discretion.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.

8. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us at info@risetto.shop to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  2. Package the items securely and include the RMA number.

  3. Ship the package to our Chicago return center (address provided upon RMA approval).

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned items. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding original shipping costs.

9. International Shipping and Customs

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and are determined by the destination country’s customs service. Please check with your local customs office for details.

10. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@risetto.shop with your order number and photos of the issue. We will provide a prepaid return label and offer a replacement, refund, or store credit, based on your preference and item availability.
