  3. Ship the Return: Send the package to the return address provided upon RMA approval. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective item, an incorrect item sent by us, or another error on our part. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

3. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
